Dilute
1 can of coconut milk with
equal amount of water
Add
1 thumbsize pc of ginger
Bring to boil
Then add
palm sugar to taste
Let mixture simmer
Peel
6 ripe bananas and cut lengthwise into slices
Add to simmering coconut milk mixture
Add
1 can undiluted coconut milk
Add
1 small cup washed sago
Stir until sago is transparent
Serve hot or chilled
Garnish with a couple of mint leaves
